  • Instead of trying to work an "us vs. them" attitude, they should try to roll out an indirect program. How will 30 minutes of "training" help their members go against a veteran car salesman with 20+ years of experience. My guess is that in the first 10 minutes of negotiations, all that training is gone and their member's heads are spinning.
