Very well said Paul. The credit union movement has the best of intentions, and a commitment to service that is unsurpassed. But "personal" and "friendly" service will only carry us so far. Our Members may love us, but will turn to FinTech if we can't deliver as quickly, simply, and seamlessly as they are.
