  • Very Good! This service would definitely benefit credit unions that continue to experience growth and high demand for wire transfer services. I conducted research on P2P and A2A a few years ago. At that time, I recommended P2P as a way to improve service by giving members the freedom and access to their accounts at any time from any place. However, my thoughts changed after 9/11. Today, a business decision to implement an A2A product in our organization would get the thumbs up. However, this should be limited to domestic transactions only. I would like to see transcontinental technology and connectivity improve and (additional) international clearinghouses emerge. In the mean time, we can still service our internationally based members with traditional wire transfer.
