  • Scott: the importance of outbound calling once the loan is approved is that it helps to raise the funding to approval ratio. In many credit unions 30% of the loans approved are never funded because the member has gone elsewhere. Calling should help improve this ratio. Did OC say anything about this impact. This is esp important for walk in auto loans, since the member is always going to be given an option at the dealers.
