Attracting younger members and developing lasting relationships is a challenge for many financial institutions. But Iowa-based Community 1st Credit Union has built a program, the Your Voice checking account, that has proven successful in drawing in this desired demographic.
The $600 million credit union tailors the homegrown initiative to the needs and desires of 13- to 25-year-olds and promotes the account through a customized website as well as a heavy schedule of community events and financial education classes offered at middle schools, high schools, and colleges within Community 1st's field of membership.
Join Callahan & Associates and Jessica Schindel, marketing specialist and Your Voice spokesperson for Community 1st, for a discussion on the history of the credit union's young adult efforts. Learn which Your Voice features have proven to be most popular with millennials, what return the account has offered, and what the future might look like for Your Voice.
This event is FREE for all CALLAHAN LEADERSHIP CLIENTS. Sign up through the registration link above (note: you must be logged into CreditUnions.com to see the link).
