I'm not sure if I have a CreditUnions.com account. How would I know?

5.

Why does it say I already have an account? I don’t remember signing up.
If you have previously purchased any Callahan & Associates products that are available online, such as CUAnalyzer, the Directory Online, or the Callahan Report, then you probably had an account created at the time of purchase. Try logging in using the same information you use to access those resources, or click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to have you password e-mailed to you.

6. I forgot my password. How can I log on?
Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the bottom of the sign-in page, and your password will be e-mailed to you within a few minutes. If you don’t get this e-mail, check your junk mail folder and make sure that “callahan@creditunions.com” is added to your whitelist.

7. Will you be sharing my e-mail address with third-parties?
No. Your email address will not be sold or given to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy. We require an e-mail address only because it is used as a unique username for your account.

8. Will signing up mean I will receive lots of e-mails I don’t want?
No. All of the newsletters and e-updates are “opt-in” meaning you select the ones you want to receive. If you do nothing, you will receive no additional emails.

9. How can I unsubscribe from e-mails if I don’t like them?
Unsubscribe from e-newsletters and e-updates at any time by using the links at the bottom of the e-mail. Alternatively, you can always manage which e-mail categories you receive by signing in to your account on CreditUnions.com and clicking the “My Profile” link.

10. What if my e-mail address changes?
You can change your address by logging in with your old e-mail address, clicking the”My Profile” link, and updating your information. Note that your username will change to your new e-mail address, but your preferences will remain the same.
