Understanding and responding to member needs are the keys to a
successful relationship. Callahan's Internet strategy consortium
conducts quarterly online member survey to provide ongoing analysis
of their online strategies and explore potential new opportunities
or improvements. As a group, we are able to pool our resources to
thoroughly investigate aspects of credit union online strategy and
discuss options for meeting member needs. Annual membership includes:
- Four quarterly online surveys, including analysis and actionable
recommendations
- Your choice of any two past surveys from our library
- Access to 4 Callahan Internet strategy-related webinars
- 5 hours of consulting time with Callahan's industry experts,
to help you refine your Internet Strategy. Consulting can include
custom survey design work, researching topics, website polls,
or helping refine marketing or product strategies.
- Discounts on custom surveys needed to help refine your individual
credit union's online strategy. We can also help with email surveys
or website polls.
