Real Credit Union Experiences

Consortium members contribute their own knowledge and experiences for each survey topic and share information during Consortium webinar. Written reports provide case studies and screenshots highlight best practices from both credit unions and other financial institutions.

Representatives from the Consortium credit unions also get together every 18 months in-person for a day of brainstorming and networking. Members hear from industry experts, share experiences, and discuss challenges.

Consortium members participate in a post-survey moderated online seminar to review key findings, discuss new opportunities and share past lessons learned from experience. Open to any interested staff at member credit unions, the webinars are also recorded so they can be reviewed or shared with team members at a future date.
