Valuable Member Insights

Each quarter the Consortium conducts an online survey with new topics collectively chosen by the member credit unions. Callahan researchers investigate the topics, develop the survey with group input, and provide all files for placement on your credit union's website. Surveys are personalized to reflect the credit union's logo, products and services, and members can add two customized questions.

Once the results are in, participants receive:

• Report showing their data along with consortium totals for comparison purposes
• Data tabulations showing questions cross tabbed by key dimensions
• Member comment report
• Recommendations and credit union examples highlighted in a detailed research report
• Webinar to discuss results and share ideas

Consortium members also have access to any two past surveys from the library. These can be supplemental or additional to the quarterly surveys. To view some of the topics included in the library, click here.
