As budgets tighten, making the right technology decisions this year is more important than ever. The 2008 Technology Guide for Credit Unions is the best resource you can own to navigate through the evolving technology landscape and separate the hyped from the must-have.

Core and cutting-edge technologies are covered thoroughly in this 2-volume collection with overview articles and graphs, supplemented by case studies and interviews with credit union executives. Credit unions use the Guide to understand best-practices for delivering member value, and solution providers find the Guide is their best resource for understanding the needs of credit unions in order to offer solutions

The production of Credit Union Technology Survey is partially underwritten by our sponsors:

Vol. 1 The Techology Guide for Credit Unions
Creating A User Experience: Core Processing and Internet Solutions
In this edition:
2008 Technology Roundtable
Technology moves fast. Providers offer new utilities, and lots of people are eager to snap them up. Keeping track of it all for credit unions, and separating the useful from the hyped, is the work of the IT specialists. We gathered four of the best for a roundtable and put some questions to them to assess where their credit unions stood with respect to technology and where they were headed.

We posed four basic questions to our participants:
1) What were their IT priorities for the year?
2) What new products and services did they like?
3) How did they see their websites developing over the next several years?
4) How do they prefer to relate to vendors, including their core processor?
