  • Great overview of some of the largest CUs taking advantage of auto drafts. As Ms. Johnson says at Suncoast, "everything we with the member in mind." I have a simple rule for doing business: "Don't do anything that makes it harder for your customer (member) to buy from you." Its natural corollary is then, "do everything you can to make it easier for your customer (member) to buy or otherwise do business with you." Auto drafts done like these fit these rules and reap great benefits for the CUs involved (and their members seem to like it!).
