The results are in! Credit unions displayed amazing growth in the 2nd quarter with 14.2% share growth. Check out all the data and statistics here!

Some writers have labeled the current economic conditions of low inflation, low interest rates, slow growth and volatile markets, a "going nowhere" economy. But that is certainly not the case for America's credit unions.

Credit unions at June 30, 2002, continue to show very high share growth, sound loan quality and increased earnings versus the same period one-year earlier.

The numbers are exceptional for the 10,030 total credit unions (both federally and privately insured) holding $548 billion in assets.
