eBrief: Getting "Jiggy" with the Swine Flu?

As the second wave of the Swine Flu makes its way across North America this Fall, how is your credit union preparing your employees and your members?

"H1-N1, That's My Virus..." is a line from a new rap video that won the Department of Health and Human Services Public Service Announcement contest for raising awareness of the Swine Flu and how to prevent it. A doctor from New York was the winner and creator of this fun, educational approach on You Tube. While the video itself is different, the underlying message of helping prevent the flu by keeping your hands clean, covering your cough and avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth is the same.

A quick office poll voted these other finalists, available on the Flu.Gov website, as worth 30 seconds of your time!

  1. Chainsaw
  2. Toothbrush
  3. Hazmat

And, if you like the “gross factor”, check out “Flu Sounds”.
