Making a Success out of Branching

A growing emphasis on branching has managers wondering what their branching strategy should be. For one, it needs to emphasize cost control, and we give three methods. For another, the whole concept of what a branch is needs to be reevaluated. Members – not managers -- should define what branches really are.
