Mark Elliott to Become Director for Callahan's

Mark Elliott, who has recently retired as a senior executive at TMP Worldwide Inc., has agreed to join the boards of Callahan & Associates, Inc. and CFS, Inc.-the broker dealer subsidiary - effective with the January 24th, 2002 board meeting.

 
 

Mark Elliott, who has recently retired as a senior executive at TMP Worldwide Inc., has agreed to join the boards of Callahan & Associates, Inc. and CFS, Inc.-the broker dealer subsidiary - effective with the January 24th, 2002 board meeting. As a director of CFS, Inc, Mark also oversees the general partner's role in the Trust for Credit Union Limited Partnership (CCUFSLP).

Mark will join two other outside directors, Randy Karnes, President of WESCO, a credit union data processing cooperative, and Bob Minor, a senior HR executive, now retired, whose career covered both the private and governmental sectors.

At TMP, Mark served as Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Research for the Executive Search Division while also maintaining P&L responsibility for eight consulting offices. TMP is a $1 billion public company headquartered in New York City with 10,000 employees in 33 countries.

In 1993, Callahan and Associates engaged Mark to find the first "outside" President of Callahan Financial Services, Inc., that resulted in the hiring of Bill Connors.
