He provides strategic planning and legal consultation to credit unions and CUSOs and is general counsel for the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO). He is a member of the Credit Union Committee of the American Bar Association and serves as the co-chair for the Credit Union Governance subcommittee.
