4 HR Scenarios To Avoid At All Costs

The AMC hit series Mad Men has produced seven seasons and plenty of cringe-worthy "oh no" moments for human resource professionals everywhere.

 
 

Before I joined the staff at Callahan & Associates, I was actually the director of human resources at Sterling Cooper & Partners, nee Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, nee Sterling Cooper in the 1960s and 1970s.  (I know, I know ... I think I’ve aged well, too! )

Although I currently spend my days helping employees navigate the tricky waters of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and searching for hires on LinkedIn, my previous responsibilities were different — very different.  During this year's bout of spring cleaning, I found some old memos and staff notices from my busy days in the advertising industry, and I thought an HR theme week on CreditUnions.com would be a great time to share them.
