  • I noticed two states showed negative growth - Connecticut and South Carolina despite spending $66,091 and $252,579 respectively and Arkansas seemed to get the most bang for the buck spending $56,942 and experiencing 5.5% growth (putting it as a best performer). What I want to know is why. Why are two states declining in membership and one is booming but spending very little. Does anyone have information on that?

  • What would be helpful would be to see a correlating US map showing growth in membership/services for each state. How do the marketing dollars spent in each state relate to that state's membership growth?

  • Thank you for your great feedback. Annual membership growth rates have been added to the US map, and you should be able to see the data as you hover over each state.
