  • I noticed two states showed negative growth - Connecticut and South Carolina despite spending $66,091 and $252,579 respectively and Arkansas seemed to get the most bang for the buck spending $56,942 and experiencing 5.5% growth (putting it as a best performer). What I want to know is why. Why are two states declining in membership and one is booming but spending very little. Does anyone have information on that?
  • What would be helpful would be to see a correlating US map showing growth in membership/services for each state. How do the marketing dollars spent in each state relate to that state's membership growth?
