What is the most common new technological device credit unions plan to add?

In 2013, 28% of credit unions responding to the 2013 Technology Priorities Survey plan on adding a wholly-owned, cash only ATM, making it the most popular technological device on credit unions’ radars. Another 22% of credit unions plan to offer a full-service ATM for their members.

Although only a handful of credit unions are planning on adding kiosks, these devices are helping to boost efficiency at credit unions without adding extra staff or additional hours. Credit unions are also looking into adding coin counters, which can be a useful tool to get members into the branch for potential cross-selling opportunities.
