Arizona reported the greatest change in first mortgage delinquency, bringing down its delinquency rate by 542 basis points to 1.10% from 6.52% a year ago. Nevada posted the second largest improvement with 261 basis points decline in first mortgage delinquency. Tennessee saw the largest increase in its first mortgage delinquency compared to last year with 35 basis points increase in rate; however, its current delinquency at 0.90% is below the industry average at 1.30%.
