The summit is designed for leaders and key staff of credit unions, banks, and other financial services companies who want to learn how to deepen engagement with members, customers, and employees. If you are new to the financial services industry or would like to add new skills to your toolbox, this year’s summit is an opportunity to connect, learn, share and engage! Session topics will include Human Centered Design, behavioral science, empathetic and non-violent communication, and other proven methods to deepen consumer and employee engagement. In addition to a keynote surrounding a thriving culture driving a thriving business, we will have breakout sessions surrounding empathy, why budgeting doesn't work, empathy at work, and a panel of guest speakers from CacheFlo, EarnUp, and Ideas42 on how they have used behavioral science to engage people in different ways and where they are.
