As credit unions rely more heavily on outside vendors for critical member service functions such as online and mobile banking, the topic of effective vendor management remains top of mind for many industry leaders. Is there a better process to evaluate new vendor relationships? How does your institution approach on-boarding and off-boarding of critical vendors, when needed?

Over the committee's first 8-months of existence, they've focused on evaluating critical vendors and have built formal processes that add value to the entire organization. Webinar attendees will learn:
Mike Kenzie, chief information officer for Patriot Federal Credit Union, will discuss the formation of his cooperative's Vendor Management Committee, the results they've seen from it to date, and the committee's future plans.
