Truliant Credit Union ($3.5B, Winston Salem, NC) was committed to becoming the first credit union in North Carolina to complete a full, end-to-end eClosing. After an intentionally slow start in Q1 2020, the credit union now offers a 100% eClosing option to all its mortgage borrowers and worked with the FHLB of Atlanta to transfer its first eNote, which will allow credit unions to collateralize the digitally closed mortgage loans in their portfolios.
Not only do eClosings offer more convenience to members, but the process also provides new efficiencies for the credit union. No more missed signatures and faster document transfers are just two of the back-end benefits for all involved.
Join Callahan & Associates and Beth Eller, vice president at Truliant Mortgage Services for Truliant Credit Union, for an interactive discussion about how the credit union transformed its closing process.
