  • I agree with Linda. Also, small credit unions think that they can not afford to do things. The question is...Can you afford NOT to? Look at the big picture on what the return is on your investement. If you don't do it, will you be around in a couple of years? But you need to spend money to make money but make sure it is money well spent. Find a way to collaborate with other credit unions to find a solution. You also need to look to vendors that are dedicated to credit unions and your survival (i.e. CUSOs) and are willing to help you.
